Job Description

Come run with Sasquatch as a Sr. Financial Analyst provide decision support to the Supply Chain, Operations, and FP&A Finance teams. This autonomous role includes providing financial analysis and cost of goods sold (COGS) development to support key business initiatives, including new products, cost improvement initiatives, capital projects, and various ad hoc requests. As a key member of the Supply Chain and Operations Finance team, you will have a large scope of influence and have the opportunity to dig deep into production processes which includes traveling to our plants and distribution centers.

Specifically, you will: 

  • Lead the development and analysis of COGS for new product financials. Must work closely with cross functional business partners to coordinate and align on key inputs.
  • Effectively communicate analysis output and implications to cross-functional team members and influence business decisions.
  • Assist with the annual planning and monthly close processes. 
  • Assist with monthly management performance reporting and close tasks, annual planning preparation, and development of system-driven reporting.
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience, preferably with a manufacturing company.


  • Results-oriented finance professional with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver high quality results and lead projects/tasks.
  • Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues.
  • Ability to influence business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to design analytical models and reporting.
  • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, perform data reconciliations and summarize for executive review.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and product cost standard setting process.
  • Excellent knowledge  of Microsoft EXCEL required.
  • Strong excel skills in data compilation, aggregation and proficiency with excel formulas.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience with SAP, Business Objects Planning and Consolidation (BPC), or equivalent systems desired.
