Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The responsibilities of the Business Process Control Lead will work alongside operations with providing operations SAP inventory and quality system expertise at the plant level by department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to the following:

  • Provide assistance and support to BPC Analyst in other shifts.
  • Yield tracking and analysis
  • Assist in providing implementation and ongoing support of new and existing plant operations business processes
  • Reconciliation of SAP transactions on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis by department.
  • Identify root cause of transaction errors, and document areas for potential improvement.
  • Actively monitor, analyze, and record processes by department including label printing and tracking.
  • Proactively find solutions for unfinished orders, documentation gaps, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor business processes, ensure data integrity, control daily, weekly, and period reporting for the plant
  • Review business process documentation and update where necessary on a regular basis
  • Assist in risk mitigation plan in the event of business system failure.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or three years of Business Process Control recommended.
    • Strong computer, mathematical and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage large amounts of quantitative data required.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • 1-2 years of experience as a BPC Analyst
    • EXCEPTIONAL ATTENDANCE essential for this role.
  • Good interpersonal skills required as position is required to work with multiple departments.

 

  • Computer skills knowledge in Excel, Word, SAP, etc.
