The BPO (Business Process Owner) will be focusing on customer supply chain (customer service) for all SAP order management processes and support all cross functional process enhancements that impact fill rate such as the discontinuation process.  The BPO will be an integral member of our team responsible for the implementation of SAP enhancements, SOP creations and provide reporting, oversite, and governance to the customer service team.  The BPO will also be responsible for providing a variety of project management functions including:  gathering business requirements, business process documentation (as-is, to-be documentation), create and present end user training/documentation, and perform other related work responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years’ experience with SAP order management
  • SAP functional knowledge of ATP,  pool scheduling, dashboard creation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP knowledge of all order management transitions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to lead or direct work assignments of other team members
  • Champion and develop best practices for assigned functional business areas
  • Evaluate business problem and process requirements for end users
  • Familiarity with business process modeling
  • Define and execute test plans
  • Proficient in scoping, planning, and estimating tasks
  • Expert in defining detailed business requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate and train technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Travel up to 25%
