As a Jack Link's Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Provide professional customer service to Jack Link’s customer base via customer service best practices.
  • Fulfill internal and external customer expectations in a timely manner while maintaining Jack Link’s values.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Jack Link’s customer base
  • Process orders and promotional worksheets in SAP accurately and efficiently
  • Correspond with brokers, salesmen, and ensure orders are accurately entered on a daily basis
  • Enter customer orders on daily basis via phone, email, and fax
  • Maintain accurate customer information via SAP
  • Research customer inquiries and implement appropriate actions with timely follow through
  • Continually maintain a working knowledge of Jack Link’s products and out of stock items
  • Proactively provide resolutions to all concerns to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Analyze existing customer service processes for improvements and provide support to staff as needed

Job Requirements

We would prefer the following experience:

  • 2 years professional Consumer Service or Account Management experience
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Consumer Product Goods industry experience
  • Commitment to resolve customer service issues in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Ability to work independently in fast pace environment which demands total accuracy
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills
  • General math and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent grammar is a necessity
  • Knowledge of computer applications; Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Bachelor’s Degree
