POSITION SUMMARY:  The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Vice President of HR and the CFO. Under general direction the Executive Administrative Assistant will perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative assignments. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professional presence is required.



  • Managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last minute changes
  • Support and lead projects related to  the companies Minneapolis location, especially the build out of new location!
  • Coordinate events, including large scale meeting planning

Act as general support person to department personnel- ie. Coordinating WebEx meetings, presentations, travel, document creation and any last minute requests

  • Uses sound judgment to determine urgency of requests and makes decisions based on the needs of Senior leader(s) as required
  • Organizing travel arrangements
  • Main point of contact for contracts related to the team being supported
  • Maintaining weekly expense reports, credit card audits, mileage reports and org charts for the department
  • Night and weekend support may be needed
  • Executive Leaderships personal needs are handled confidentially, professionally and according to specifications
  • Maintain org charts for the department
  • Required to be backup for other exec Admin and receptionist duty from time to time


Job Requirements


  • Five or more years of relevant experience in an administrative role supporting senior leadership
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and team members; must be able to maintain confidential data and communication.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly form relationships
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and frequent changes
  • Highly flexible, willing to help out whenever needed
