Job Description

Directs and coordinates activities concerned with all Smoke House operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate leaders. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This is a 2nd shift position.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, along with the production schedule
• Ability to add and subtract and multiply
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
